Governor Corbett advocated for a radical new law to force women to undergo a medically unnecessary ultrasound 24 hours before seeking abortion care. The law would also require that the ultrasound screen be shoved in a woman’s face and doctors would have to note if a woman refused to look at it.

And it’s not just women’s rights that the right-wing Republicans in Pennsylvania are after. They’re targeting senior citizens, students, low-income families, and people with disabilities.
